Just wanted to pop in here and note that there seems to be an oversight with the NICs supported in the BIOS for PXE. The Dell USB3.0 NIC (ASIX) is not supported, and since this is the same chipset that is in the Tablet Dock, the 5175 cannot be PXE booted that way either.
The included USB-C adapter does work for PXE booting. The Dell USB3.0 adapter was previously supported by the previous generation, formerly known as the Venue 7140.
Since the charger needs to be plugged into the USB-C port when building a machine (a process that can take a couple of hours) it would be impossible to also PXE boot. There needs to be a way to charge and PXE boot at the same time.
I think the correct solution is to add the USB3.0 (ASIX) driver to the BIOS. in the same way as the previous model.
